House Rules
We ask that you follow a few simple rules of courtesy to help keep our properties a great place to stay for everyone!
1. Smoking is prohibited inside Smoking is allowed outside and on our back screen porch. There is cleaning fee of $150 for guests smoking indoors.
2. No loud music after 9 PM Although our neighbors are sparse and separated by tree lines, loud music at night can still be heard. Also, the privacy fence separates our 6 acre property for our 2 rentals that are both sometimes occupied.
3. Overnight guests You may not allow unapproved guests/gatherings or more people to stay overnight than is stated on your booking agreement.
Country Cottage: Up to 8 , It is $25 per person per stay, after 2
Lil Meadow View: Up to 4, $10 per night per person after 2
5. Bon Fires Building bonfires is prohibited on the lawn. There is a designated fire pit.
6. Playground (Country Cottage) Do not leave children unattended or remove toys from pavilion.
7. Do not move indoor furniture outside.
8. When booking the Country Cottage we ask that you keep your guests confined inside the privacy fencing.

Lil' Meadow View check in 3 PM - Check Out 11 AM
When Checking out: Please remove all trash (including refrigerator) bagged and tied, and place in the carport trash can. (Excess trash should be placed in the driveway cans, critters love to spread it around the yard)
Please place all dishes in the dishwasher and start.
Please turn off all lights and lock the keypad deadbolt.
Extra Services
- Early Check in/late check out: 20$ fee. We will do our best to arrange for your request whenever possible as our cleaners schedule is effected.
- Additional firewood: 20$ fee. One complimentary bundle of wood for the firepit is left for each guest that will generally last one night. Should you require more please let us know before check-in so we can leave it for you. (Enough for a few nights)
- Pet Fee: 35$ We change both air filters and extend our cleaning/dusting to help ensure the next guests are not affected by allergies, smells and fur.
- In-Stay Housekeeping: 60$ Should you need housekeeping services during your stay let us know! This service includes: vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, changing bed linens, removing trash & replenishing towels and soaps.
- Events/Gatherings: You must request approval of any gatherings or guests that are not declared on your booking agreement. There is an event fee based on number/type of event.
