Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom country cottage, set on 2 tree-lined acres, conveniently located close to town in beautiful Wiggins, Mississippi. This cozy retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, ensuring a delightful stay for families and friends alike. 

This country cottage is a privately owned property near but, not located at Flint Creek State Park and about 5 minutes from downtown Wiggins, MS.

- Private drive, 3 car covered carport & plenty of room for additional parking

- Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, pod & brew coffee pots, dishes, stove and cookware for kitchen use (Not adequate for large events or seafood boils etc.)

- Screen room with seating and fan

- Glass sunroom with seating for 10 bar, smart tv, foosball table and small refrigerator.

- Kids Perks Screened playground pavilion complete with white sand and toys, baby gate, portable highchair and playpen and don't forget the one-acre lawn to play on.
